The Dual Offset Picatinny Rail Mount adds two angled MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny mounting surfaces to a standard 20mm rail, expanding the usable accessory real estate of a host rifle without modification of the existing rail.


This mount is most often added to rifles that already carry a primary optic on the top rail and need a place to mount additional accessories, typically a magnifier, backup red dot, weapon light, IR laser, or pressure switch, without crowding the line of sight or interfering with the cheek weld. Builders running a top-mounted scope and a need for backup iron sights find that placing the BUIS on one of the offset rails preserves zero on the optic while giving instant access to the irons by tilting the rifle 45 degrees.

Installation:
The mount slides onto an exposed Picatinny rail section. Two top screws compress the clamp against the rail when tightened, fixing the position. The mount can be removed, repositioned, or moved between rifles using the included hex wrench. No permanent rifle modification is needed.
